One bag comes with 18 frozen patties and each patty contains 30g of protein. These ground beef burgers are made with an 85/15 ratio, which means that they contain 85% lean meat, but have enough fat in them so that they are nice and juicy when cooked up. In addition to high protein content, these ground sirloin burgers are gluten free and made with no preservatives.

Tasty Burger Ideas

There are so many different ways to serve a beef patty. Go classic and add it to a bun topped with ketchup, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce. Those looking for a low-carb option can simply wrap the beef patty in lettuce instead of a bun. Other fun toppings include cheese, relish, mushrooms, onion rings and French fries. If you're hosting a party or a barbecue, simply cook up all of the burgers and leave different rolls and toppings out so each guest can create their own custom burger. And remember, these can be cooked from a frozen state, so just add them to a hot pan or the grill once you take them out of the freezer.

Preparation Instructions

Patties should be cooked thoroughly. The juices should run clear and the center of the patties should not be pink. Beef patties should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F. Measure temperature at the center of the patty with a meat thermometer. Cook from frozen.

Electric Skillet or Fry Pan

Preheat skillet to 325°F (medium). Fry patties for 13-14 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

Grill

Preheat grill to medium-low. Grill patties for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway through grill time.

Meal Idea - Out West Burger (Serves 2)

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup mayo
• 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
• 2 slices Colby jack cheese
• 4 slices thick cut bacon, cooked
• 4 onion rings, cooked
• Burger buns

Directions

While burger patty is cooking*, mix together the mayo and BBQ sauce, then refrigerate. Right before burger is done, add sliced cheese and let it begin to melt. Lather both sides of the bun in the BBQ mayo mixture, add the burger patty, and layer with 2 slices of the thick cut bacon and 2 crunchy onion rings. This burger is so delish, it's about to get western!

*When cooking burger patty, please use a food thermometer to be sure they have reached a safe minimum internal temperature of 160°F.
