Purchased for a Fathers Day gift - assembled myself for my husband as a surprise. Has everything the Weber grill has but is upgraded like the tank is covered and grill top is attached instead of having to place on the ground. Would recommend to anyone!

Awesome Grill

I enjoyed the process of putting this grill together. Anyone who has put together a Lego toy and follows the step by step directions will be successful. 

After using it for the first time, I was very happy with the experience and the food I prepared. I am very happy with the grill.

Easy to set up and use.

I bought this grill to replace another "egg" type grill that was much more expensive. This grill exceeds my expectations. The gas assist charcoal starter feature is great. I also like having the trash can hidden inside the compartment. I've only used it a couple of times but so far the cooking is very even and I can easily control the temp.

Great grill!

My husband absolutely loves this grill! It's the perfect size for our small family. It took a bit of time to put together and you definitely can't do it alone! Overall it's a good quality grill and easy to use.

Grill cooks well, with 2 separate vent controls. 
Charcoal storage and included cover, is convenient. The gas assist is perfect  for adding additional coals. Rolls easy and has locks on wheels.

fired up this grill for a graduation party for our great grandchild. love that don't have to use a chemical accelerate to start up the more flavorful cooking with charcoal instead of gas cooking. perfect to start with gas. Loved the side of the grill for cooking tools and sauces. This grill has the best of both gas and charcoal. plus moderate price. very happy

best grill in town

This grill is almost getting as much use as my stove/oven this summer!! It's so easy to use and we have really enjoyed the extras: the hooks for grill accessories, the included cover, and the space to set your serving trays on. We are really enjoying this grill and always look forward to the meals we cook for ourselves and our friends. I highly recommend it!

UP IN MY GRILL

Well made grill built to last. Was relatively easy to put together with the paper directions. The gas assist lighter is a nice feature. The top side vent holes on the lid should be larger to allow for more air flow and hotter cooking temps when the lid is closed. The 3 grill grates are heavy duty. The grill grate design needs improvement for ease of use and to allow for the grid pattern throughout the entire grill surface. It comes with a grill cover, but, the cover at the bottom is about 2 inches too short. Overall, for the sale price of $199, it was a good purchase. I would purchase again.

Members Mark Gas Assist Charcoal Grill

1.  It is a beast to put together.  Instructions are mostly just pictures without text.
2. Getting the charcoal container door installed is a bigger beast.  There is a spring loaded peg that must be blindly inserted into a hole in the top of the door, and the clearance is less than 1 millimeter.
3.  The propane assist does not work.  There is a very small amount of gas coming out of the pipe beneath the charcoal, regardless of the position of the gas regulator knob and it will not ignite charcoal.
4.  The cooking grates are much too high above the charcoal.  An excessive amount of charcoal is required for cooking.
5.  Customer service was polite, but totally unable to help me with the door problem in 2 above.

Putting the unit together took 3 days

Well I didn't have a great experience with ordering online from Sam's club. The box showed up torn an ripped open missing the axle for the wheels! Customer service was great! But here's where it all went wrong! Instead of just sending me the part(simple solution right?) they send me a complete whole bbq grill and tell me to take the axle out and rebid it and ship it back, easy right? Well I get an email after spending time with customer service with a bad link for free return shipping. So I call customer service again and they send me another shipping label (make that 2) and after driving for 45 minutes to FedEx , I find out they are both NO GOOD. So then I try returning to my local Sam's club and they will not take it! Are sensing my frustration now??
Anyway I still am stuck with this 80 pound grill !! I will try to contact customer service again this week without much hope for a solution! Now don't get me wrong, customer service wa great on the phone but there technical expertise is terrible! Plus I think they are somewhere in Taiwan maybe?
