When you are trying to get in your protein eat enough to help you feel full egg whites is the way to go with significantly less calories. Add 1 cup of egg whites, 1 whole egg (love the organic pasture raised Sam's eggs), and some fresh veggies….you have a great scramble. Then pair it with avocado toast!

Good, but…

These egg whites are pretty good. They come in a popular sized container with a screw top lid. (It looks like they've changed the operation of the lid, although I'm not sure it's such an improvement. But it does keep the lid from being lost.) I think these eggs are no better or worse than the name brand or any other store brand. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because it does seem like they are still expensive. As I've watched other brands come down in price, Sam's seems to maintain a rather expensive price for this six pack of eggs.

The product itself is good and the price is acceptable. My only issue is the packaging is sometimes questionable. I've had issues with the entire spout pulling away from the top.
