Thawing Instructions

Refrigerator: Remove seafood from packaging and place the product on a plate or bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.

Cold Water: Submerge seafood in its packaging in a bowl of cold water for 1-3 hours, changing the water every hour. Remove from packaging prior to cooking.

Quick Thaw: Place seafood in a strainer still in its package and run under ice-cold water until thawed (10-30 minutes). Remove from packaging prior to cooking.

Cooking Instructions

Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place seafood on oiled baking sheet and cook 8-11 minutes.

Broil: Turn oven to broil. Place seafood on oiled baking sheet and cook 6-8 minutes.

Skillet: Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pat thawed seafood dry with a paper towel. Place seafood in heated skillet and cook 9-12 minutes. Turn once, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
