Baking Instructions

1. Place the cookies and sheet on a 9" x 13" flat baking pan or two sheets on a 18" x 26" baking pan

Cookies are SO delicious & super easy to prepare!!

This case of chocolate chunk cookies in bulk (144 ct.) were perfect! The cookies are frozen on the baking parchment and stacked in groups of 12 cookies on each parchment sheet. "Cooking" consists of opening the box, transferring one parchment sheet of frozen cookies to a half size sheet pan, loading the oven racks, and baking however many sheet pans your oven(s) will accommodate. I was using double wall ovens that bake 4 sheets at a time. When cooked, simply transfer the hot cookies, on the parchment paper provided, to a cooling surface. Voila! So EASY! I purchased the bulk box to save money as we were using the cookies for guests at an outdoor community Christmas concert. Cookies are large, 3 1/2-4" when baked.! I bought 5" square, clear, cellophane bags with adhesive sealing tape online, bagged ONE cookie per bag, enclosed a cocktail napkin in the bag, sealed it, and added a 2-inch " MERRY CHRISTMAS" sticker to the front of each one. Our guests raved about them! Cookies presented well, were a self-contained dessert, easy to carry with their hot chocolate cups, and, most importantly, stayed enclosed for picking up. NO germs, no bugs. Great taste! Will definitely use again! The ONLY problem I had was curbside pickup at Sam's. While the cookies were paid and supposedly ready for pickup, Sam's employees could not find them anywhere. I had to go inside and talk to the bakery folks because I had ordered them 24 hours in advance, as required when ordering online. Cookies were eventually found in the bakery walk-in freezer where only bakery employees enter. It took of couple of management people to get involved, but cookies were found, picked up, and loaded in my car within 20 minutes. Worth it! Now the employees should know for future purchases.
