Cooking Instructions

1. Thaw Properly: If frozen, thaw chicken breasts completely in the refrigerator, in cold water (changing water every 30 minutes), or in the microwave. Do not thaw at room temperature.

2. Pat Dry: Before cooking, gently pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps achieve a better sear and crispier exterior.

3. Season Well: Season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.

4. Cook Thoroughly: Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured with a food thermometer.

5. Rest (Optional but Recommended): After cooking, let the chicken rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the chicken moist and tender.

Meal Idea - Lemon Herb Chicken with Roasted Asparagus (Serves 2)

Prep Time: ~10-15 minutes / Cook Time: ~18-25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 ct. Member's Mark Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon (sliced or for juice)
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (or your favorite blend)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat Oven & Prep Asparagus: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a baking sheet, toss the trimmed asparagus with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer.

2. Prepare Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Drizzle with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Season generously on both sides with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Bake Together: Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the same baking sheet with the asparagus, ensuring they're not overcrowded.

4. Cook: Bake for 18-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the asparagus is tender-crisp. Halfway through cooking (around 10-12 minutes), you can flip the chicken and gently toss the asparagus for even cooking.

5. Finish & Serve: Once cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice over both the chicken and asparagus. Serve immediately.

Optional Additions: A sprinkle of fresh parsley or a dash of red pepper flakes can add extra flavor.

Basically good, but again a ridiculous amount of w

Aside from too much water in the product this is a pretty good staple it shrinks up quite a bit on the grill so you know it’s being water injected. A more organic product would actually taste better and have better texture. This taste over developed.

Large size and priced well.

These chicken breasts were very big and I am able to make a large variety of dinners from them. I bought 2 packs, fixed them for different meals' and vacuumed sealed them and I am set for many dinners to come. The meat is tender and I have not any bad ones when cooking them up.

Meals Solution !!!

Want to make up some easy meals all at once for the family ? I take 1 "family pack" of these and slice them across into 1/2 inch slices. I then pound them flat (sometimes cutting the flattened result in half again). Set them aside. Put 6 eggs in a beater bowl and whip real good with a fork, add 2 cups of buttermilk (or regular if you prefer) beat well. Put 2 cups of bread crumbs in another dish. Coat a piece of chicken in the crumbs, dip in the egg mixture, coat again in bread crumbs. Fry in a medium to medium high heated frying pan with 1/2 inch of oil until golden, about 3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. You will have enough for freezing. You can make sandwiches, chicken parmesan, lemon glazed cutlets, or 'Buffalo' chicken, It makes up 4 gallon size sip lock bags. FANTASTIC Value !!!!!
