Member's Mark Blackened Atlantic Salmon is boneless, skinless, pre-seasoned and individually frozen and vacuum packed. Thaw as much or as little you need for your meal, then cook and serve. Member's Mark Blackened Atlantic Salmon is Standard Certified, which means that it's accpetable to eco systems and approved by third parties. Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place into plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thawed.
Preheat grill to medium, grill defrosted salmon on both sides for 6-8 minutes each.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake defrosted salmon for 16-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Bake frozen fillets for additional 10 minutes or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees fahrenheit.
