Great griddle

I have a Blackstone and the Members Mark griddles. The Members Mark griddle has a couple of features that make it a better choice in my opinion. The Members Mark griddle has leveling legs on the back of the griddle plate where the Blackstone doesn’t have any. The Members Mark also has a front grease pan drawer that is built into the frame where the Blackstone uses a pan that hangs off of the back of the griddle plate. The only advantage that the Blackstone has is that they have a disposable tin that lines the grease collection pan but of course they are an extra expense. The Members Mark griddle also seems to ignite much easier. The biggest plus for the Members Mark is the price. Only $79 for a 22 inch griddle. Overall both griddles cook very well once you get them properly seasoned.

Fantastic cooktop

I love this cooktop. Easy to assemble and use. Instructions are great. Able to stirfry veggies and rice, grill fish, shrimp steak, bacon, pancakes and burgers. Easy to season, & clean. Surface is large enough to prepare a whole Japanese meal in a few minutes. I'm adding a regulator so I can attach it to a larger gas bottle.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Everything sounds so delicious! The 22" Tabletop Griddle is designed to be used with a 1lb/16 0z. propane tank only. Any attempt to connect a different regulator to any connections other than the included connector would void your warranty and could result in fires, explosions, injuries, or property damage.This griddle is NOT convertible to any other fuel source (such a natural gas) or LP cylinder size.

Better than my Blackstone

Its better than my Blackstone 22” and 17”. This one stayed flat as a pancake during initial seasoning. My 22” Blackstone warped. This one has an integrated front grease trap versus the flimsy trap that hangs off the back of my Blackstones. Heats about equally unevenly as the Blackstone. Also mine works fine when connected to a 20# propane cylinder. I have two Blacksones and this unit. I wish i had 3 Members Mark. Great job Sams club
