About this item

Product details

High-Quality Peanut Oil

Member's Mark Peanut Oil is a high-quality oil with a mild flavor and neutral scent. It boasts a high smoke point of 450°F, making it ideal for searing, pan-frying, and deep fat-frying food at high temperatures without burning.

Versatile Cooking Oil

This versatile peanut oil can be used to deep fry a variety of foods, such as whole turkeys, catfish, waffle fries, and chicken wings. It's also perfect for stir-frying and deep-frying as it does not absorb the flavor of the foods you are cooking, allowing the natural taste of your ingredients to shine through.

Convenient Packaging

Our peanut oil is conveniently packaged in a durable 35-lb easy-pour jug. This makes it a great choice for home chefs, restaurant use, and high-volume foodservice applications.

Storage Instructions

For best results, store this peanut oil in a cool, dark place. Once you open it, we recommend using it within six months to ensure freshness and optimal flavor.

Best for high heat deep frying

It’s great to be able to purchase pure peanut oil in this size. Many supermarkets either sell a combination of peanut and canola oil which does not take the high heat of turkey frying as well, or they sell it in smaller sizes forcing one to purchase more than one just to have enough.

Pricey peanut oil!!

We bought this peanut oil to deep fry our Thanksgiving turkey. It was ridiculously expensive. Kit has doubled in price since we last bought it. I almost didn’t purchase it.
