How does my plan work with the manufacturer's warranty?

  • Most products at Sam’s Club come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts 90 days to one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate plan, Allstate will cover it.

    Worthless

Do not waste your time or money on this. If you ever have an issue with your jewelry they most likely won’t even cover it. Loss and theft are not covered and they’ll find a way to make any multifunction a you problem

After having my ring for 2 years, a diamond came out. I called the warranty company and they sent an envelope for me to send the ring in for repair. They poloshed my ring and checked the setting of all the other diamonds. I had my ring back in 10 days. Very quick turn around.
