After having my ring for 2 years, a diamond came out. I called the warranty company and they sent an envelope for me to send the ring in for repair. They poloshed my ring and checked the setting of all the other diamonds. I had my ring back in 10 days. Very quick turn around.

Do not waste your time or money on this. If you ever have an issue with your jewelry they most likely won’t even cover it. Loss and theft are not covered and they’ll find a way to make any multifunction a you problem
