Fed Ex man brought it into house at back door at my request. Once you cut the plastic straps the box lifts up. Just slide the the freezer into your location. Mine was delivered in perfect condition and works great. Wish I bought it years ago. Highly recommend.

The freezer was delivered damaged. Customer service offered to replace, but said I was responsible to get it ready for shipping. The box was cut apart while unpacking, not to mention carried up 2 flights of stairs. I guess I'll keep the damaged item. Other stores would have offered a discount.

    Great chest freezer!

    I like it a lot. I'm so happy I found a chest freezer! There limited in the US. Just plug it in & set the temp to 5, the recommend temp. Its not real heavy. Make sure you measure your space; where you want place the freezer. The measurements are in the description.

It's compact and fits great in corners with limited space. Very deep and roomy with a shelf and convenient suspended organizer basket. The shorter height is perfect for kids to grab a quick snack. It seals excellent with no air escaping or leaking. It's very quiet so we placed it indoors. We were very impressed with how well it is designed and operates for such a great price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Perfect for me

    I've had this freezer for about a month. It's working great and is the perfect size for the overflow from my refrigerator freezer. I've never been able to buy all of the items I wanted in the past because of no space in the freezer. Now, I'm happy with this separate freezer. It's perfect for me, I live alone. More than one person will need a much bigger freezer.

    Nice product but expect to see it's damaged.

    I was glad Sam's had it and it was reasonably priced. I was very confused on picking it up at the store. I didn't know it was like ordering groceries and had to download the app while there. After bringing it home and unpacking I discovered it was damaged but I kept it because it wasn't worth going through the hassle of returning it. It works fine but has a damaged corner.
