Ground bison is prepared and cooked similarly to beef. We recommend minimal handling during preparation. Ground bison can replace ground beef in any recipe and will add robust flavor to any beef-inspired meal.
For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen.Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry products away from other foods.
