It's good stuff. I'm not sure how much I can say about a food ingredient. I've bought many times in the past and I'll continue buying it as long as it's good.

I was hesitant to order this product online due to some other reviews that stated they received item damaged. I ordered two of these along with some other items and everything came as it should have. No damage whatsoever. Good product.

Quality product. Good price.

This is an old standard that I have used for many years. It's works well in baking and also hot cocoa. I haven't ever had lumps or any issues with this product.

Tasty

I bought this item online to be shipped to me. It was during the Christmas holidays so delivery was a little late not a problem.  My problem was the packaging,   I bought two cans of cocoa and one of those containers arrived with the lid popped off, the seal busted open and Cocoa everywhere!

Packing left a lot to be desired. Items damaged.

Good -BUT - the special dark cocoa is so much better! Why the special dark isn't sold here, I cannot understand.

This product is always great, but do not order it to be shipped. I ordered multiples. When the box was opened the had all popped open and the powered cocoa was everywhere. I was refunded the sell price I paid. But! Could not replace the product because the sale was over! Bad customer care!

Bad customer care.

This flexible plastic container of cocoa was just thrown in a big box with several other items. Needless to say, the container burst open and cocoa was EVERYWHERE! Anyone who bakes knows what a mess it is to clean up. Yes, I called Sams Club and they did replace the cocoa, but that didn't help with the time and mess it took to clean up everything else. Everything had to be wiped down. The more you wipe cocoa, the more it spreads. Would it have hurt to have put it in a plastic bag. I guess that's where common sense comes in.
