My oldest son and I bought a box of these and devised a plan to eat them surreptitiously, hiding them in an extra freezer from the wife, daughter and the 2 year old. Our code word to venture off and enjoy one of these baddies was, "let's go throw out the trash in the garage". Once the coast was clear and the freezer door opened, those FatBoy S'mores Ice Cream Sandwich Bars awaited us, and, with giddy excitement, my son and I quietly tore into the soft packaging, and exposed these little, texturous dessert bricks. You have to take a second to just appreciate its graham cracker covered surface, its weighty girth and its chocolate shell. The first bite obviously happens at its top corners. The creamy ice cream just melts in your mouth. It's then that you feel like you're at a campfire, roasting marshmallows, only to remember you're a 40 year old hiding in the garage, secretly eating a stash of ice cream with your son. Well, I guess this is how memories are made.

These are an absolute find for an ice cream novelty. The marshmallow flavored ice cream is subtle enough where it is harmonious with the chocolate and graham cracker flavor. I personally enjoy the soft texture of the grahams sandwiching the ice cream, very reminiscent of an ice box cake.
