I love the do-it-yourself option of lab tests. Most health insurance will not pay for tests that are considered routine, unless associated with an annual physical, or exploratory. Thank you for making these quality tests an option. l look forward to reviewing my results with my primary care physician.

This company provided excellent customer service every time I called with a question. The instructions were easy to follow and the results were easy to read and understand. Compared to other genetic testing companies, their turnaround time for results was really fast!!!

Super Easy and Quick Results

Honestly I was a little disappointed in my results because they didn't tell me much. I had mostly low reactivity and a few mild responses. I was expecting something to stand out among all the foods tested, but nothing really did. What it does do is tell me foods that I have very little reaction with. It helps in eliminating things from my diet that I thought might have been an issue. Hopefully in the future there will be a bigger panel test with more foods.

Helpful and informative

I've been struggling with GI issues and symptoms that have slowly gotten worse for about two years. This test and the results yielded 24 sensitivities and 2 major ones in a lot of what I eat. Changing my diet is difficult but this gave me the information needed to make effective changes and immediately helped me make decisions to feel better. I am no longer 5-10 pounds heavier just because of bloating. The relief is immeasurable!!!

Amazing Information

The cost is very reasonable and the information is very relevant. I would say it took longer than I expected to collect the blood sample. And after looking at my results I struggled with "what can I eat?" Knowing what to avoid is a great start to a healthier me!

It was really easy to use with fast results. Surprising results as well. Overall I feel really empowered with this new knowledge to make appropriate choices for my diet. I will do an elimination diet to see how I feel and compare how it impacts my well being and life in general...

Great experience

test was easy, informative results. the only thing I didn't like was that the thing they gave me to stick my finger did not match the device in the video. maybe I'm a wimp but I think it's sort of scary sticking your finger, so I wanted to make sure I knew how to do it properly. the video explained how to do it using a different device, not the one they gave me so I had to just wing it. if they are going to give the different device, they need to update the video.

interesting and informative

I suffer from regular gastrointestinal issues and was excited to try the food senestivity test by EverlyWell. The test instructions were clear and easy to use, and I was able to perform everything by myself. I was expecting to be sensitive to a lot, but my results came back with few. Overall, it's helpful in gaining insight and setting you on a path to finding the source of issues you may suffer from.

Interesting results!

I am kind of disappointed with this test. It was easy to do, draw blood from my finger, send it off (that was a streamline process and was great!) and the results came back pretty timely. However, the results leave much to be desired.... There was not good explanations, detail, it was very vague and basically said I'm allergic to all food in life. While it was good to see that I have a few moderate sensitivities to a few ingredients, that was it. it didn't really explain what or why or how much and just said to basically cut it out for a bit (very minimal suggestions on responding to the sensitivities. I guess I was just expecting more, especially since it was a costly test.

Until I joined the Facebook community it was unclear to me that this test would be mainly positive/high for items that I ate regularly. I don't regularly eat items that make me feel badly afterwards and was doing the test as to find out if there was a legitimate truth to my concerns or if t was in my head. Evidently, since i haven't been eating these items, they were low reactivity.

Unclear

The product may be fine, but when you get notified that they got the sample, and then approx. 4 hrs later you have the results there 8s something wrong. For the amount 9f testing they supposedly do, 8 don't truth the results, and wish I had not wasted my blood or money.
