Very impressive power for cleaning.

I am hard on vacuum cleaners due to dogs and five parrots in my home. My last three vacuum cleaners (Hoover Pet and Shark Pet) did not last more than two and three years. I am hoping this vacuum will last much longer. The Dyson has already proved to be much better suction and overall performance on my hardwood, tile and rug covered floors. My review if five stars based on performance compared to the other brands I used. Time will tell if it outlasts the life of the others too.

Great vacuum

I've had a Dyson D7 since 2007. It still works good but it's hard to find replacement parts.i won't part with it because it's the best vacuum ever. I have purchased several vacuums that have not been half a good as that Dyson. I have 3 German shepherds and 3 cats. The hair is everywhere, floors, furniture. This new Dyson animal 3 finally lives up to my old Dyson. It has great suction and makes cleaning the floors and furniture much easier and effortless. I'm so happy that my daughter told me about this one. She too has German shepherds and cats.
