My Review for Duracell Automotive Battery - Group

Great batteries, maybe even as good as the old Kirkland batteries but the caps are glued on, which makes it impossible to add distilled water to the cells when they need them.  "Maintenance free" really means that you'll be throwing the battery away after about half of its useful life because of this.  Most of the better batteries have caps that you can pry off if necessary, usually only the cheaper ones are glued like this.  Disappointing, but a great performer otherwise.

A great performer, but with a catch

This is a great Group 78 battery at a decent price. With Scan & Go you can be in and out of the store in less time than it takes to walk to the battery racks in most stores.

Great Battery at a good price

Sealed battery and lasts about 3-4 years in my desert heat. Good warranty for replacement.

I'll keep buying from Sam's.

Needed a new battery called and was told I should be able to get it replaced in about an hour, after being in the store for an hour and half I was told should have it done in about another hour I didn't wait took it home and did it myself. I don't understand how they expect you to make an appointment for something that you don't know when you are going to need a new battery.

Not very happy with service.
