So far its working out great for my sourdough. Im on a fix income and I'm just learning sourdough . I haven't really seen any difference to the more expensive King Arthur  or even the store brand bread flour.
It has a 12.6 protein which is great.  Just try it. Think you will like it.

My wife drives over three hours to pick up this flour at Sam’s Club in Minnesota. (We live in central Iowa, and they won’t carry it there anymore). Dakota Maid bread flour makes GREAT bread and baked goods. It doesn’t have bleach, bromine, and nasty chemicals like that which the competitors use. Do your homework and see what’s in the “cheap stuff”. You’ll realize why my wife only uses Dakota Maid bread flour in her baking business. It works and tastes great!!!

High quality flour - WITHOUT bleach or bromine

This is the only flour I use for sourdough. High protein content, unbleached  and cost effective. Couldn’t ask for more.  Sam’s Club stopped carrying the 25lb bags. Happy you started!

I've been using both the red flower and the all-purpose flour from Dakota. Made for a couple of years and I'm always happy with the results that I get. I mostly use both flowers for Fred's, both sourdough and yeast, but also for cookies and cakes. Okay

Good flour at a good price

I did a curbside pickup of 3 bags of Bread Flour but when I reached home, I realized they had pulled the All Purpose Flour.  Product is fine, mistake made by store staff.
