I suffered from periodic excruciatingly painful severe leg cramps, sometimes in both legs at the same time. My guess it was from not keeping myself hydrated enough when working outside in the Florida heat and humidity. When these cramps would occur, I use to drink a diluted solution of vinegar or drink the juice out of a pickle jar. Disgusting, gross and nearly intolerable, but it worked! I came across this product, which I take twice a day. I have not had ANY leg cramps in the last 8 months. No disgusting taste either.
