Good value for the money

A lot of people have a hard time putting it tougher but it is an easy process if you prepare yourself for it I put mine together in 40 minutes I added a half inch self tapping crew in the upper part of the hole of the post and into the bracket this will prevent the bracket from sliding up please watch the attached video clip

Extra storage for big totes

I bought 2 of these racks for my basement storage area to hold large totes. It is a 2 person assembly job because the rails don’t stay in place while you are putting things together. That being said, the rack is very sturdy and stable after the shelves are placed. Each shelf holds a lot of weight and the rack doesn’t sway at all once assembled.

Good features, poorly packed, some shelves chipped

This is quite useful for a pantry I'm building. I bought two, and overall am pleased. However, multiple shelves were chipped on the corner -- one corner quite severely. I see that other reviewers have noted the same thing, and it appears this is a common occurrence. When I purchased this, I was under the impression that the entire shelf was stainless steel, but just the frame is, and the shelves themselves are laminated MDF. They still work, and this is one of the better priced options available. However, I hope to get a partial refund or some replacement shelves.
