Zillions $50 eGift Card – Zift Zillions of Gifts

I purchased a Zillions gift card through Sam's Club as an anniversary gift. When the recipients tried to redeem it, they were told the gift card had already been used. I first went into my local Sam's Club and spoke with an employee who was very polite and tried to help. She directed me to the Sam's Club customer support number. Unfortunately, that led to a frustrating loop. The “customer support” number connected me with an AI-generated assistant that repeatedly directed me back to the Zillions website. I was never connected with anyone who could actually help resolve the problem. The recipients had also contacted Zillions, and eventually I had to take over as the purchaser. My experience with Zillions customer service was extremely frustrating. The representative was condescending, repeatedly interrupted me, and kept telling me to “just fill out the form” whenever I asked for clarification. My question was about the “Merchant” section of the form, which appeared four times and seemed intended for a merchant complaint rather than a customer reporting a gift card that had already been redeemed. Instead of explaining what information was needed or why that section applied, he simply repeated that I needed to fill out the form. There was a language barrier, which made the lack of clear communication even more frustrating. I understand that problems can happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. I purchased the gift card through Sam's Club in good faith, and the intended recipients couldn't use it. I shouldn't have to chase down multiple companies, get stuck in an AI support loop, and then deal with a condescending representative just to resolve a gift card issue. The issue has still not been resolved. I have now submitted the requested information and am waiting for the replacement gift card. I hope Sam's Club takes a closer look at the Zillions gift cards it sells and, more importantly, how customers are supported when something goes wrong.

Frustrating and completely unusable. The redemption system on ZillionsGift.com is broken and makes it nearly impossible to actually access your money. When you enter your card details, the site repeatedly throws errors, fails to recognize valid balances, or gets stuck in a loop during checkout. Even when a transaction supposedly goes through, the promised e-gift card codes never arrive in your email inbox or spam folder. On top of the technical glitches, the site forces arbitrary denominations, so if you have an uneven balance, you cannot redeem the full amount in one go without being forced to split it into multiple unwanted cards—or forfeit leftover funds entirely. Customer support is virtually nonexistent, leaving you stuck with automated phone bots that offer zero help. This card is essentially a trap that locks your money behind a non-functional portal. Save yourself the stress and do not buy or accept these cards.
