    Love the ingredients

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been looking for a collagen supplement that’s easy to stay consistent with, and I like that this one uses clinically studied VERISOL® collagen peptides in a concentrated formula, so it’s only 3 tablets per day instead of a larger serving. It also includes vitamin C, which supports normal collagen formation, and biotin for additional hair and nail support. The tablets are on the larger side, but they’re smooth and easy enough to swallow. Since collagen supplements take time to work, I don’t expect overnight changes, but I appreciate that this formula is specifically designed to support skin elasticity and the appearance of fine lines rather than being a general collagen product. The convenience makes it easy to stick with daily, which is the most important part. Overall, if you’re looking for a beauty-focused collagen supplement with well-studied collagen peptides, this is a solid option. Just keep in mind that consistency over several weeks is key before expecting visible results.

    Don’t be alarmed by the size of the pill

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking these supplements for about a week now, and I’m already seeing a slight improvement in my skin! I love the bottle that these come in, it’s squared off so it has a perfect spot on the shelf in my medicine cabinet. I was a bit turned off initially at how large these pills are, and the fact that a daily dose is 3 of them! But honestly, due to the shape, they go down rather easily and you can take all 3 at the same time, or spread them out throughout the day. As far as I can tell, these are odorless and tasteless, but the effects are visible in my overall texture and glow. I look forward to continuing daily use and seeing if my results continue to improve!

    Another Great Youtheory Product

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Youtheory collagen products but had never tried this particular type. I feel like this product also does a wonderful job with keeping wrinkles at bay like the other Youtheory products I have used for years, but while not looking for this added benefit, my nails are growing like crazy and look so healthy as well. I am very pleased with this product specifically but would recommend any Youtheory collagen products.
