    Youtheory ashwagandha

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Youtheory ashwagandha + GABA helps reduce stress utilizing a full spectrum ashwagandha blend of organic ashwagandha root extract and organic ashwagandha root powder as well as gamma-aminobutyric acid and ginger root extract all combined in an easy to take capsule! The bottle says to take two capsules once daily but starting out I find that just one capsule is more than enough to provide the relief I'm looking for.

    Good steady supplement, just give it some time to work!

The effectiveness is definitely there, but it builds up slowly over time—it has a cumulative effect that leaves you feeling more balanced after a couple of weeks. Youtheory is a reliable source, so I trust the quality. The packaging keeps everything perfectly sealed, so the freshness is top-notch when you open it. As for taking them, they have zero flavor, so no nasty aftertaste to worry about. The dissolvability seems great too, they digest easily and don't cause any heavy stomach feeling. A solid, steady option if you're patient!

    So far so good!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! The pill size is on the larger side, but the coating makes it smooth so it's not bad at all! There's no smell which is so important as other brands of these types of pills have a weird smell that makes it harder to swallow. Packaging is bulky so it takes up a lot of space in the drawer but that's minor. Can't speak to long term effects but overall I noticed feeling a bit calmer - even if just knowing I'm taking it is making me feel that way!
