    Solid for helping fall asleep

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to follow. I think this helped me relax before falling asleep and going to bed. I would say to check with your doctor to make sure it doesn't react with any other medication you might be taking.

    Excellent

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting up there in age so I need all the help I can get for improving my memory. Not only that but with all of life stress lately this product is awesome to calm me down. Capsules are pretty much your normal size so swallowing them is normal.

    Large pills but easy to swallow

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pills were bigger than expected but they were easy to swallow! They didn't taste bad or give me any indigestion or nasty burps like some other capsules do. I did feel relaxed on the days I took it but I don't know if I noticed a huge difference in my anxiety. I will continue to use them almost daily to see if they become more effective.
