Really impressed. The kit turned up earlier than expected and went together with very little issue. The go configure app was amazing and we used that rather than the instruction booklet which made it much much easier. Like some of the other reviews we took 2 hours to sort all the pieces in to letter and number order. I think this saved us huge amounts of time and would suggest this to anyone building theirselves.

Kids Love it

This play set is everything and more from what I expected. While it took a little bit of manpower, 8 adults and 8 straight hours, the construction of it went smoothly. Before we started we laid out all the pieces in alphabetical and numerical order and took inventory. Only one piece was missing and contacting backyard discovery to get it was a breeze. All the hardware we needed was included, we just had to provide the power drills and hammers. This play set will provide years and years of fun!

Love this Play set

Pretty awesome play set.  I opted to do the assembly myself.  It was a lot bigger than it looked in the picture.  The instructions say 18 hours for 2 people.  I probably invested 60 total hours for leveling the ground and assembly the play set.  It is delivered in 4 large, very long, and very heavy boxes along with the slide.  You will need help moving those.  The instructions are very detailed and you can use the BILT app, which I had used before for installing a new toilet.  I recommend taking the time to sort through all the boxes and checking off the packing lists before you start to ensure you have all the pieces.  My kids absolutely love it!! Made for a great Christmas present!!

Awesome playground

From 2 years old to 11 years old, this play set is for any kid. My kids and their cousins love playing on this set. We are so happy with our purchase. Assembly took a while but was not difficult.

Bought this for our Grandkids Christmas gift. We just had it installed for an early Christmas and the Grandkids Love It!

Great backyard Playset!

We had our Backyard Discovery set built last weekend.  It looks so good in our yard.  It is well made.  The grandkids love it and tested every nook and cranny of the set.

Sort all pieces out ahead before buidling. Many Many pieces and parts. Make sure you have wood glue on hand. a few pieces did come damaged, but easy fix with wood glue. Would recommend: cordless drill, rubber mallet and circler saw. For pieces that did not fit correct. example: flooring.
Give yourself plenty of time to assemble. Double and Triple check the instrucstion. Figuring out what pieces goes where is what took the most amount of time. Would recommend they take a note from the LEGO company. Make your instruction manual more like their step by step guide. Idiot proof!

If you are familiar with other reviews on BD playsets, then this one will be no different.  The set arrived relatively quickly considering the size of the deliver (5 boxes weighing 150lbs each) and during the pandemic.  One box did arrive damaged however and some pieces inside of it were damaged, but ultimately were still decent enough to assemble.  Assembly took us probably a total of three days whole, but this is tyring to do it with kids around.  Instructions were thorough all though some of the pictures make it hard to see where the fasteners are located.  A BIG suggestion like others is to organize every board and screw beforehand.  This is the only way to attempt the build without going insane.  We even bought plastic bowls and organized all the screws by labeling the bowls for easy identification.  Kids are super happy with it and have received a lot of compliments from our neighbors.  Would definitely recommend.  Just be prepared for a decent amount of time organizing all the components first.

A little patience will yield an amazing Playset

We bought this a month ago and it's still in the box.  We paid for it to be put together as well and the first available date we were given was July 4th (Holiday).  We were told if we didn't want that date, they would take us off the list but it would move us even further back, so we kept it and did not make holiday plans.  I will rate again once it is actually up.  After we do, I may raise the rating, since I had to put one to leave this review.

Our order came minus one of the boxes and we have been trying since the 24th of May to get the missing box. We traveled an hr to our grandsons today to put the set together, BUT, needlessly to say with 1 box missing, we were not able to assemble it. There were 10 family members that went to help put this set together, now, my grandson is going to have to find others to help with this WHEN the missing box does get delivered.  I will never order another thing from Sam's club because of such a big disappointment. Our great granddaughter was looking forward to having her play set put together today. What will Sam's do to right this Giant error??????
