it done it job but i had trouble with the pull strings it was to long and keep folding behind the  pulley  but other then that it work great keep the power on in the house

Haven't  fired it up yet! All looks well built .  It is a bit heavy, but thankful it has wheels %26 pull handle  to move it around.

I received this generator just 4 days after I ordered it, and it was in great condition, of which I am thankful. I have read some of the horror stories about the condition upon receipt. But I believe this was a good purchase for me, as it is replacing an older, still awesome Generac that I purchased about 35 years ago. I gave it to my youngest son, it started on the first pull. He is happy.
It was just time for an update for me! 
This generator came in great condition, good paint job, and looks great.
Very simple to assemble with only a few parts. I like that it has a breaker switch to shut down the voltage while the engine is running. It also has a switch to go from 220v to 120v. It also has a CO sensor to detect dangerous amounts of CO2 that will shut the unit off. 
I pulled it out of the box, installed the feet and wheels, and put the oil in, put about a gallon of gas in the tank, turned it on, pulled the rope and it started on the second pull, when my grandson noticed that I had not put the choke on. He looked at me and said, “It started without using the choke!”
I know that this doesn’t always happen, but having a bit of mechanical experience myself, it made me happy to see it start so quickly.
It runs very smooth, hardly any vibration, and is actually quite considering it is a generator!
We are not looking forward to the next power outage, but we feel better prepared with a new generator!

Very nice generator I believe

I live in a rural area that power outages occur frequently. I needed a backup to my 23 year old portable generator that is still running great although a bit rusty. (I always run the generator each month for a few minutes after shutting off the fuel line and allowing the carburetor to run dry.) I searched for a generator of similar power output and found the WGen5300cv was a great match. I was a little skeptical about this source since it was $150 less than the other major stores (Lowe’s, Amazon, etc). But when it was delivered, it was brand new, boxed and exactly as advertised. It assembled easily and ran great. I am pleasantly surprised so far.  
I generally don’t read the manuals unless I run into problems. However, I suggest that you only top off the generator oil with 3/4 of the quart provided. The full quart will overflow as I discovered.

Pleasantly Surprised Quality for the Price

Bought this to power my travel trailer, when electricity is not available.  This runs my A/C unit at full power and keeps the refrigerator cool.  All electrical outlets working inside and out on the trailer.  Easy start up.  Runs loud, like most generators.  I can get 11 hours on a tank of gas.  It might run longer if I didn’t have so many things running off of it at once.  This is my first generator that I ever purchased and couldn’t be more happier with it.

Nice Generator for Travel Trailer Use

This item was purchased for emergency use so when you push for a star rating I can't give you one at the moment so it's at the halfway mark from what I read about the machine it looks good to suit my needs but since I have not used it and I don't intend to unless there is an emergency I am hoping that this product is perfect for what I needed for because I will not get a second chance at getting it right

Generator arrived heavily damaged.  Headache to receive credit from Affirm loan.  All we wanted was to receive a new generator to replace the damaged one.  The Affirm agent could barely speak English and also did not understand our English.  He told me someone would email me in 3-5 days (not true.)

Axle for the wheels  did not fix through the hole in the frame, flat washers were the wrong size as well. I talked to someone on the phone  they told me to use the service  manual. Westinghouse makes great products andI will  continue to use them, but better training is needed for the people who represent the company

Completed proper initial set up. Started break-in process. Leaked excessive oil, bogged down and shook violently after start up and plugging in a simple shop vac. Repeated process with same result. Oil everywhere, little power output. Had to drain all fluids in order to return to Walmart store for refund.
