It's hard for to connect to the Wi-Fi when you set up the tv. I hope to follow a lot of videos to figure out what the problem was. The only thing that worked and works if the power goes out ancyoj have to restart the tv,  is to connect your phone's hotspot to the wifi at the same time as the tv and the it connects. It has to be some kind of glitch. Maybe they will update and fix it. Other than that it is a great tv

I LOVE the picture quality! It's vibrant and the colors pop! I read a review that said the sound was tinny and was really bad, but the sound quality is really good. I thought I would need a sound bar, but it isn't necessary. You can turn the sound up really loud and it keeps it's quality. I did have a problem logging it on my wifi, but quickly figured it out. As far as setting the TV up and turning it on - no problem at all. This is an excellent TV and you really can't beat the price for a 65".

Perfect size for my needs. Installation was easy. Picture is great. The remote is small and easy to fall out of your hand.

Very satisy

I've had Vizio TVs before and like the preloaded apps and extras.  However, this one was the same with an even worse remote.  Bad response, no backlight and volume mute button is poorly placed.  Vizio still has the same glitches and problems.  Decent picture for the money.

Bought for the screen size

When I first set up the TV, it worked fine, the picture has been good. The volume started sounding lower on certain channels and I had to turn it up to over fifty just to hear the voices well. Now, when I turn it on, it shuts off and the power button just blinks over and over again and I have to unplug the TV for 30 secs. to reset it so I can get a picture and it's happening more an more now.

No t too happy

First television arrived via FedEx. Carefully unpacked per instructions to find screen shattered. Called to return, advised Sam's would ship new replacement television and would set up pick up by FedEx. No follow-up from Sam's concerning returning damaged television so I had to call and demand instructions and pickup. Second television arrived via FedEx only to open and find the screen on the second television was also shattered. Repeated the return process with Sam's and again no follow-up for television to be picked up. Another call to Sam's to once again demand television be picked up. Requested refund due to prior failed attempts to get a "working" 65" Vizio QLED television. It took Sam's nearly 3 weeks to refund my account and the refund was delayed until the returned second television arrived at their return location. After tracking the FedEx return of the second television, it arrived nearly 2 weeks before I  was refunded. Their customers service representative are located out-of-country (USA), and the representatives English is sometimes broken and difficult to understand. Each call (6 calls or more) resulted in requesting to speak with a supervisor as the "off-shore" representative were unable to assist. PLEASE, SAM'S, CORRECT THESE PROBLEMS!

Two Shattered Television Screens and Poor Service

Don’t do it!  I hardly watch tv, and after only a few months it turned on of its own accord with a fireplace screen saver out of essentially nowhere as I hadn’t even watched tv in a few days, so I unplugged it to see what the ghosts had to say about that and now I did a Vizio update on my phone and the whole thing won’t even turn on!!!!   A HUNK OF JUNK!!!!

HUNK OF JUNK

The tv price and quality have been great. However, it’s hardwired to the Ethernet and consistently drops connection. It will kick off in the middle of a show or have issues loading an app then default to not connected to the internet. Literally hardwired in. And the internet for the rest of the house is uninterrupted. This started about three months after installed.

Not what we hoped

I decided to branch out from Samsung and give this VIZIO a shot. Reviews made it sound like a hidden gem.

This is not a gem. This is garbage rectangle with a power cord attached.

From day one, the colors flicker when you move your eyes around the screen like it’s trying to send you a distress signal in morse code. Watching anything on it feels less like entertainment and more like a low-budget rave directly aimed at your eyeballs.

I’ve gone through every setting imaginable. Tweaked, reset, unplugged, 

And the worst part? It’s not just annoying, it’s actually hard to watch. Not “haha quirky issue” hard… more like “why do I now have a headache” hard.

I really wanted to like this TV. I’ve givin it chances. Multiple. At this point, we’re not even in a relationship anymore. We’re just two entities sharing a room, and one of us is constantly disappointing the other.

Moral of the story: sometimes stepping outside your comfort zone leads to growth. Other times, it leads to “saving money on a tv.”

If you’re thinking about buying it, I’d recommend keeping your money, your sanity, and your eyesight intact.

65” of pure regret

The picture on the TV is beautiful. I got this for myself for my birthday. However this TV came with problems. The TV will turn itself on randomly throughout the day. I've gone into all the settings, following guides to address it and it still happens. the TV will also turn off by itself when watching a movie or playing games which has been incredibly frustrating when you are in the middle of a game and the entire system shuts down because your TV kept turning off. I would not recommend this because they are asking too much money for a TV the either won't stay on or will turn on when you don't want it.
