Gave same reading as rectal tempature.

Gives same temp reading as rectal. this is very important when you have a child that gets 104° temperatures since the 1st question a pediatrician will ask is how the temperature was taken and most Pediatricians want either under arm or rectal readings for the most accurate recording. I am very thankful for this thermometer so I don't have to wake up my special needs child and they actually love to take there temperature this way and only this way. EASY TO CARRY in diaper bag as well
