Swann product I bought so far is great.Well packed, shipped intact and complete.Installing and integrating the system was simple.The quality of the components are solid.Included was everything including hardware for multiple installation .Putting the pieces together..it just felt machined and precisely made.The camera quality is superior to all my past cameras.Everything works as it should and has added security for my home.The app is great.I have had zero issues with the max rangers and whole heartedly recommend these to the world

Easy to install and set up. Solar battery works great. Longer range than any other system I have had. The only thing that I dont like is that it takes a minute or so for it to upload the camera's display on the phone app every single time.

Better than most.

Works well for what it does, Solar powered is a plus. However if you are looking for a system that provides continuous live feed, you may want to look elsewhere. Swann is not very forthcoming on this information. Discovered this bit of information using Google, as the user guide did not provide it.

I recently installed the device and found the setup process to be straightforward and user-friendly—installation was easy.

However, I’ve noticed a few performance issues:

There is a noticeable delay when connecting to the hub and during app-based monitoring.

Movement detection also experiences a slight lag.

The wide-angle view is appreciated, but image clarity fades significantly over distance.

I hope this feedback helps improve future updates. Please let me know if there are any settings or updates I should try to enhance performance.

Installed these cameras facing the street in both directions to catch cars driving past the house. The quality is not good enough to make out the driver or the car license plate. After 30 days had to take down the cameras to recharge the battery because the solar panel wasn’t enough to keep the cameras working.

do not buy this product. It’s advertised as solar. The solar is absolutely useless. I have to recharge at least once a week. When I called customer service they told me I needed to change my settings, notification settings, absolute waste of money do not buy.
