This chorizo has a great flavor and spice that add a great flavor and texture to tacos, chili, beans, burgers and meatloaf. Don't nap on this one, its a big flavor supporter!

The taste is good, and the price is great, but the amount of grease you get when cooking reflects my four-star rating. You can definitely find much better chorizo at a Hispanic store, but this will do if you can't get to an authentic Mexican store.

Too greasy

Good tasting but not buying this product often makes me unknowable about what to look for in this type of product. I expected a sausage to slice and eat as coin sized bites. I plan on using it in tacos and other dishes
