I bought this a couple of years ago to try and clean my mattress that was very stained up, before I bought a new one.  This is the best thing I have ever bought! I was mouth drop shocked at how easily and clean it got my mattress! Best investment I have made in a long time! Stains are gone! When I got done the water was brown! Amazing! I got this yesterday and used it the same day! All I can say is this is magic! I put away our rug a year ago bc of pets. They were urinating on it and I wasn't going to keep it out and have them pee on it repeatedly. Well, the rug looks amazing now. Please don't judge us because the initial picture I took is how nasty the rug truly is. (I didn't think it was that bad until we rolled it out to see and clean it up!) I'm embarrassed lol It was hard work and my body is sore today haha but the rug looks great!  😅  

I chose to get the Stain Stryker instead of the cordless and it paid off because I only had to stop twice to empty the dirty container. Their cordless version is smaller, so I can only imagine stopping repeatedly to empty it. Plus, I love how the machine stops working or sucking up the muck as an auto prevention so your dirty container doesn't overflow. Highly recommend for all to buy and have in their homes!

Simply magical!

I bought this cleaner not knowing what I really needed. So once upon a time, we bought like cloth pleated window blinds. Great blinds but after over 20 years of use, they had accumulated  alot of dirt on them. It turns the Stain Strike  does a fair job of cleaning them up. Its not perfect but good enough will do!

Not just for rugs!

Absolutely the best money I've ever spent !  We have 3 huskies and one had an accident that my robo vacuum “Rosie Big Bootay” found first and smeared it all over my rug that goes under the dining room table 🥺 thought for sure we'd be making a trip to the dump but nope, my SharkStikrr saved the day again and my favorite rug, Rosie, not much hope for her 💔

This is a really good small cleaner. But... one question. It apparently needs two liquid cleaners to operate: the 'Deep Clean' and the 'Oxy Multiplier'. I'd prefer to just buy one when it's time to get more. Is one more important than the other? I'm hoping I can just buy the 'Deep Clean' and it will still do that job. Thx.

Good cleaner. One question

The product itself works fantastically well, but it does NOT have a hose cleaning tool which I was led to believe was included after watching several online reviews. This piece is, in my opinion, a vital accessory especially when cleaning up pet messes. If I knew beforehand that this part was not included I likely would have chosen a different version or product altogether. Aside from that I am very satisfied with the suction power and ease of use.

Works Great, Missing Important Accessory

My first time using it and the water spray didn't work I just hate I'm waiting for it and not what I expected I have other brand for years and work better than this one I'm just got so disappointed with this purchase

Bad quality

Absolutely useless, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Only worked once after buying it. Went to use for a second time barely a month later and no  water/solution  will dispense or cycle. Waste of money, had to go out and buy a different brand, should have started with the competitor to begin with.
