This is my third purchase of this vacuum. Its perfect for my RV., as it breaks down quickly into 3-4 pieces for storage in a relatively small cabinet. 
I also have one for each level of my home, It is very maneuverable, fits effortless under furniture and the rotating head is easily directed around table legs, end tables, etc. It has great suction and is easy to empty. It stores very compact in the upright position, but it has to be propped up against a wall in a closet or you can purchase a wall mount bracket directly from Shark. you can also separate the motor and dust bin assembly and hang it directly on a bracket thats attached to the pole that extends upward from the vacuum head, which makes for a very small compact storage within a closet. I typically store the attachments in a small draw string (not included). Awesome vacuum for a great price.

Great suction, compact, lite weight, maneuverable

I had no expectations as to what this vacuum could do. I have a newly built small modular house that I have only lived in for 18 months. I have had weekly paid housecleaning since I moved in, plus a robot vacuum. My pets have medium hair. In the first 20 minutes of use I filled the dust cup. I quickly dropped it into the trash and kept going, and in another 5 minutes, it was half filled again. I either need to fire my house cleaning service or give them better tools!! It doesn't stand on its own, so... Lean it against the wall. It has a cord. Good, I don't want to stop, I'll just switch outlets if I run out of cord. I read on other reviews that the suction was so good it pulled in stuff from outside its own footprint. It actually did. This is a legit little machine. If you can get it on the current good sale, DO IT!

Yes I love these.  I have the 3 models the oldest of them is presently in My Camper.  There is another for upstairs and 1 just like it for downstairs. I bought this new one for the attachments.  These units just suck and store the debris inside the handheld unit.

I have 4 of these Handy Little Lightweight Vacumns

This is my third Shark Rocket, we have one on the first and second floor and recently moved our oldest one to the basement when I bought my newest one.  I love these things!  I don't know how good those Dysons are, but these are much more affordable and do a fabulous job.  We have 4 cats so I need a strong vacuum and this thing is a workhorse.  I have to empty the dustbin a couple of times but that's a small price to pay for something so lightweight and powerful.  Shark/Ninja makes some great stuff, I have quite a few of their products.  These things rock!

This is my second shark, I love them!

I really like the Shark corded stick vacuum. It has two power settings, a great light that helps show dust and dirt. I think it has pretty good suction. Much better suction than cordless vacuums. I’ve owned two different Dyson vacuums over 20 years and I think the Shark vacuums are comparable. They all have powerful suction and work well. I stopped buying Dyson because the last one I had kept breaking.

Great stick vacuum

My favorite vacuum!  I've bought several of these for my home and my office and have given several as gifts. I do however wait until they are on sale! They were regularly priced at $129.00 I think when I bought my first one several years ago on sale for $99.99.  So I don't want to pay more than $99.00 now either!  I do not care for the cordless version, as it does not last long enough to do my entire house on the charge.

Love this Shark!

This stick vacuum has great suctioning power. I always go with corded because I know it will power on when I need it. Batteries always go out with a bigger job. Stick vacuums do not stand up on their own which is a given. I read complaints about this and you just have to know this when buying. I would buy this again.

Powerful little vacuum

I Find the motor's a little bit Top heavy, you do have to remove it and hang it.Lower down for it to stand properly.Overall, it's easy to empty the vacuum head a little on the small side.But overall, it does a pretty good job

Decent vac

Convenience of how it stores is the only positive I can say. I spend more time unclogging the hose and stick than I do vacuuming. When it doesn't clog, the canister needs to be emptied constantly (like every 2 minutes) and the vacuum isn't free standing so it is awkward to manage between trips to the trash bin. Suction is not good for a corded model (probably why it clogs all the time). Even disappointing when using the attachment directly with the motor. I have one dog so this vacuum should be suitable but after one year I am shopping for a replacement.
