[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was always the mum washing the laundry at least 3 times because I forgot to move it to the dryer in time. This has made my life so much easier. The best part is the AI Opti Wash Cycle learns and improves with time. I can load a big load at once as well. Bonus points for the large capacity detergent and softener dispenser. No more measuring out detergent for each load. If you are a busy household this is an amazing investment!

No more musty laundry

Let's get straight to the point: The "Combo" concept is the best thing to arrive in the US from Europe (even if we invented it). The convenience is unmatched—you load dirty clothes before work, and come home to clean, dry clothes. No more transferring wet laundry or dealing with mildew smells because you forgot to switch loads. It also saves space, or lets you install two units to double your capacity.

The "Ventless" Reality (Heat Pump): This model is ventless (120V plug, no exhaust duct needed).

The Good: Easy install anywhere with water/drain. The lower temperature is much gentler on fabrics.

The Bad: The cycle time. It takes forever. Civilizations will rise and fall before a full wash/dry cycle finishes. Also, if you stuff it full, clothes come out quite wrinkled.

My Advice: If you have a laundry vent, get a vented version. It's faster and more familiar. Only stick with this Heat Pump version if you absolutely cannot vent outside.

The Machine Itself:

Features: It's a solid "A" for engineering. The screen is basically a full Android tablet—you can even watch YouTube on it.

Auto-Dispense: Huge plus. You fill the tank once and forget it. No measuring cups for every load.

The Flaw (The Filter): While the machine gets an A, the filter engineer gets a D-. To clean it, you have to disassemble it like a Lego set, then scrape the lint out with your fingernails, which makes a mess. It's a baffling design choice in an otherwise premium machine.

Verdict: An excellent combo solution. If you have the option for vented, take it. The filter is a pain, but the convenience of "load and go" outweighs the negatives.

The Combo is the future, but be careful with the..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Bespoke All-in-one washer/dryer for about a year now, and it's a solid machine with a few quirks. First, get used to a bit longer wash/dry times than you may be used to. Even the "super speed" cycle takes a couple of hours. Also, clothes may seem slightly damp when you first remove them, but they will quickly dissipate any remaining moisture. Try to keep your loads on the smaller side to minimize this. You will also need to keep the lint collector clean, which is multi-piece unit that you have to take apart and use a small vacuum on. Last thing: be careful with using dryer sheets, they can make their way into the drain system and clog it. All that said, the machine has a sleek design, it gets clothes nicely clean, it saves space, and doesn't use a huge amount of energy.

Good, space saving machine

I purchased WD53DBA900HBA1 in December and want to order a second front-filter kit. I have two 'adult' boys living with me and anticipate a filter problem in the near future. I want to have a second filter on hand so they can just swap it out instead of having them 'clean' it.The filter is 3 parts: the frame and the two mesh parts that fit together. I am being fastidious about keeping the lint filter clean and the slot clean and dry. I am doing this because cleaning the entire unit every few months seems like a major job (removing the entire cover. Please let me know how I can order a second fillter.

Replacement parts?

This is by far the worst Samsung product, less than 6 months and the motor went out, the door would not open even after trouble shooting, clothes are stuck in the machine. The Samsung service tech could not get the door open. Buyer beware, do not buy

Less than 6 months motor out, clothes stuck

Absolute worst. Will not meet any times specified. Constantly have to clean bottom filter. Condenser more than difficult to clean without specialized brushes or vacuum attachment. Fastest washing time on super speed was 1 hour 18 minutes wash only then a typical drying tim of 2 hours. Half of the time I have to add a cycle of 30 to 45 minutes timed dry to finish drying. Auto detergent works occasionally. Bedding is a 6 hour 30 minute cycle. Terrible product. Will replace as soon as possible and set this machine by the road for free, with sign stating works with aggrevation. Samsung should pay me back.

Terrible product

I owned this washer dryer combo for 34 days when it developed a mechanical failure during the dry cycle. Contacted Samsung support twice first time my ticket was closed without talking to a representative second time I was told this is a cosmetic issue not covered under warranty. I spoke to management and advised the same and was also told there are no service centers in my area that I should seek and independent center as this would be an out of pocket cost for me. I contacted a service center and he evaluated the machine and noted that this was a mechanical issue where the machines left block busted inside the tub causing the so called “cosmetic damage” I was told that this is covered under the Samsung warranty. Called Samsung back an additional ticket was placed again was told no service centers in my area and nothing they can do to fix it for me. If I have a non authorized appliance work on my combo it voids the warranty. Currently I have been without a washer and dryer for 2 weeks and no one from Samsung will contact me to assist I've even contacted executive customer service and no one has contacted me and it's clear they don't care about their customers only the money they can make off of you.

Warranty Not Upheld

This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made.  I regret it wildly.  Do not buy this.  I have had ongoing issues with it since I purchased it a year ago.  The cycle time takes 3.5 hours instead of the stated 2.  It will literally use an entire bottle of softener at one time.  Now, I am FIVE days out of warranty and the stupid thing is not drying my clothes..and they will not cover a thing.  Buy another brand or product and avoid the regret.

Do NOT BUY THIS: you will regret it

Great at washing everything. Worst thing is cleaning this SD card lint filter that does not stand on its own and can not be plced anywhere in a bespoke mannr. And then…The drain is hidden behind the cartridge of soaps and the hose barely reaches the end of the unhinged door. And then It is not at an incline where just any bottle can recieve the run off water. Ifs just  nightmare and not worth the money to commit to this maintenance. Im so upset I came to this website lookin c accesories that would help the cleaning process. Not even writing this review is easy, look at the darn typos that generated idk what these letters are jumping.

Worst maintenance todo…

This making is awful! It is constantly erroring out and we can only use one cycle. We do EVERYTHING the machine tells us to do. Clean the filter, clean the washer, clean the dryer. The heat exchanger seems to always be an issue. Water where the lint holder is? We've drained it had service come out and just keep getting errors and smelly, wet clothes. Ready to get rid of it after only having it a year.
