Appliance Delivery 1, Basic Installation 2, and Haul-Away 3 Information for Refrigerators, Washers, Electric Dryers, and Electric Ranges

The home delivery service includes basic installation to set up your new appliance, as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.

1. Delivery: Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States. Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses. Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.

2. Basic Installation: The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work. Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards. During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, customer will need to hire 3rd party installer to complete installation. Basic Installation covers standard installations as per the provided guidelines of covers standard connection to existing, up-to-code utilities (like plugging in an electric range or connecting a refrigerator’s water line). It also includes the haul-away of your old appliance. Complex installations, which may require additional time, materials, or specialized equipment, or home modifications are not included in the Basic Installation. Customers are responsible for hiring a third-party installer to complete such installations. 2 step installation - A second appointment may be required with a license installer in some municipalities that require licensed installers in order to complete installation of Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves.

3. Haul-away: The delivery service includes haul away of your old appliance, provided it has been uninstalled prior to delivery. Complex deliveries, including dishwashers, gas ranges, gas dryers, and over the range microwaves, may require separate delivery and installation appointments. The delivery team will not uninstall or remove existing appliances. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider.

For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:

  • Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise
  • Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal
  • Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc.
  • Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
  • Convert gas or propane lines
  • Lift or hoist appliances over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
  • Work with or touch exposed wires, rusted or corroded shut-off valves and copper valves
  • Update home to local code. If the connection points are not up to date to local code, the customer will need to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to bring the home up to code.
  • Uninstall or relocate built- in appliances. Will haul away only if uninstalled before delivery and if a haul-away service was purchased with delivery. NOTE: Built-in refrigerators cannot be hauled away.

Note: The AI OptiWash™ & AI Optimal Dry cycle is based on an AI-based algorithm using an IEC 8-lb load. A turbidity sensor operates for all weights, while fabric sensing operates for 8 lbs and under. To prevent wear, wash like fabrics together. The 58-minute wash and dry time is based on an 8-lb D.O.E. standard load (50% cotton, 50% poly).

Perfect Upgrade to our Laundry Room!

This is an impressive example of modern laundry technology, and the integration with the SmartThings App enhances the user experience significantly. Being able to monitor and control the washer and dryer remotely adds a level of convenience that I didn't know I needed. The app's interface is intuitive and easy to use, making laundry management a breeze. The capacity is impressive, considering its stacked design. With a washer capacity of 4.6 cu. ft. and a dryer capacity of 7.6 cu. ft., it handles my family's laundry needs with ease. I can finally wash our king-sized comforter from home without dealing with a cramped washer or loud vibration noises, thanks to the vibration reduction technology. The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry features are standout elements of this appliance. The ability to detect soil level and fabric type and adjust settings accordingly ensures a thorough clean and gentle drying cycle, preserving the quality of my clothes. This is especially helpful with our gym clothes! They get thoroughly cleaned but not overly dried, where they smell singed when you remove them. When it comes to speed, this unit doesn't disappoint. The Super Speed Wash and Dry option allows me to wash and dry a full load in just 58 minutes, perfect for busy days when I need clean clothes in a hurry. I've had the opportunity to use the Flex Auto Dispense system, and it's a game-changer. The automatic dispensing of detergent and softener based on load size saves me time and ensures that I use just the right amount of product, eliminating waste. It also eliminates the mess of pouring for each load and having the detergent and softener out on display all of the time! As for the interior, the design of the Bespoke AI Laundry Hub is thoughtful and practical. The Easy Reach control panel makes it easy to access settings, and the interior of both the washer and dryer is spacious and well-lit, making loading and unloading a breeze. I can easily load and unload even though I am petite. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a replacement or upgrade to their laundry station.

Let talk about features as it's loaded! The Laundry Hub™ Design is Easy to Reach and the Control Panel is easy to use. It has a Large Capacity 4.6 cu. ft. washer. Also a Large Capacity 7.6 cu. ft. dryer. It's stacked in one piece so setup is simple. The advanced features AI OptiWash™ AI Optimal Dry are intuitive and really help achieve excellence in your Laundry results. With AI really taking our guesswork out of Laundry. It's Truly hard to get it wrong with this set. The AI literally will set the perfect wash. All we have to do is figure out how to put the soap in the Auto Dispense and the clothes . This helps us dad's that are not the greatest in the washing category if the wife's on vacation we have AI on our side lol. Wonderful washer/dryer set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer/dryer for 4 months now and I love them. My clothes comes out cleaner in less time spent washing clothes. The washing and drying options are awesome. And using the AI function to do my laundry works great and no issues with the clothes coming out unsatisfactory. I have recommended them to everyone I know.
