Very spacious love the doors There is a lot of shelves for condiments and beverages. Tempature is always perfect in refrigerator and freezer. Freezer is very spacious

It's exactly what we needed. Always looking for the biggest capacity but not super bulky and this is it. It keeps everything super cold and we're having to turn the temperature up so the things inside will stop freezing inside the fridge. Water doesn't dispense as fast as it it is super cold and the ice feature is a plus especially with 5 kids getting ice nonstop.

Big cold fridge without the bulkiness

This product has exceeded my expectations. The capacity is excellent, and the adjustable flap makes it easy to fit taller containers when needed. The temperature control is very reliable—it keeps frozen foods frozen and refrigerated items perfectly chilled. The consistency of performance has been great from day one with no issues. The crisping drawer helps keep fruits and vegetables fresh longer, which is a huge plus. The ergonomics are also well thought out, making it easy to organize, access, and clean. Overall, a fantastic product that I would highly recommend.

I love it

It's a great fridge. We never run out of ice. Food and drinks stay nice and cold. With the adjustable shelves, there's plenty of room for large items like a whole turkey. The veggies stay fresh in the crisper. The setup of the shelves on the doors makes it easier to access items that we use daily. The bottom freezer also has plenty of room for my ice cream. 😋 We definitely have enjoyed it and will continue to.

The best fridge we've owned!

The capacity is very adequate for what we like to keep in it. The drawers keep the veggies crisp while the other dide temperature stays consistent. Ergonomically the shelves could be more mobile. Some are stock in place leaving no room for 2 litter soda bottles.

Great Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid fridge. Have had for over a year now, now problems, I can do 3 types of ice, which is cool I suppose. It's big enough for the family and keeps things cold, we lost power for about a day and everything was still good. I wish I could get water with the door open, that's about it

Solid fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the different ice types and the fact that you can use the dispenser or scoop ice depending on what you need it for. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to put the refrigerator shelves to allow tall items without losing space, but I may just have to remove a shelf. I am also missing my compartment at the top of the door that held my butter and sliced cheese, but that is just getting use to it being in the bottom. The smart things app is cool.

Overall great unit

Capacity is lost.  We owned a previous version of the same refrigerator and thought we would get the same flexibility in in shelves.  It wasn't till we moved stuff from previous refrigerator to the newer one that we discovered the shelves did not or bearly adjusted to fit our products.  Foe example:  we have several 1 gallon containers that really don't fit anywhere in the refrigerator, unless you slide back the one shelf and we can put two one gallon containers while having to be couscous of them potentially falling  forward.  Additionally we have to remove the one gallon cotainers in effort to utilize the little space behind them.  In addition because the shelf is slid back that shelf is unusable.  Because the shelf are nearly adjustable, there is alot of wasted space where we could potentially utilize.  Instead containers are stacked amongst each other make it difficult to retrieve a desired container.

Shelves have limited adjustablity.

Would have given it a 5 as I loved the product but even though it was past a year since purchase, was waiting for kitchen remodel to be finished before using, and had only been using for 10 months when it quit cooling. Had it diagnosed and was determined it had a leak in the sealed system and unable to find anybody to repair it in my area. Waiting on Samsung to resolved and have been without a fridge now for 3 weeks.
