Texture is Fabulous, Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I turned this Arborio rice into a wonderful leek risotto. It was fairly easy to use. I know the 32 oz size will last me a good amount of time for many meals. It was perfectly starchy and became sooo delicious and creamy.

Perfect for risotto.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice was excellent for a homemade risotto. The texture was perfect, and the recipe on the package was easy to follow. Next time, I will definitely add some mushrooms. The moisture absorbed correctly, leaving a beautiful texture. The flavor was very good. Their is a versatile short grain rice. The packaging is perfect for keeping it fresh and easy to reclose, which is very nice.
