Pirelli Tire purchase

I reviewed the list of optional tries to fit my AWD SUV for yearound all weather conditions and selected the Pirelli Scorpion. I ordered the tires and three days later returned for a 1 hour appointment. The staff was professional and the service was prompt. This is the fifth set of tires I have purchased at this Sam's Club over the past 10 years. I utilize the lifetime rotation and balance by returning periodically for the service. This helps extend the tire treadwear life and provides a smooth ride. I am very pleased with the Sam's club service and I recommend them to friends and family. Thomas

Tire department complaint

The review is about the tire department not the tires. AFTER FULLY EXPLAINING I was buying new tpms sensors and was told thatbwas fine they would ninstall them when they put the tires on. When i brought them in the tire guys refused to put the new sensors on so I returned the tires. The bigger issue was the attitude the tire guy and then the manager gave me about returning the tires. I will ever shop tires hers again and i have 5 cars we all used to buy our tires here .. NOT ANYMORE! We will see how much if any Samsclub care about thier customers and if they reach out to rectify the situation. That will determine if i ever buy anything in the stor or not after all we also have a BJ's less than a mile away.
