Nice fountain, cats are curious about it and using it more and more. Still have just regular water dishes as well, easy to set up and easy to clean and change filters.

It works really great. I love that I don’t have to keep cleaning and refilling my dog’s water bowl now. However, the light that indicates the bowl needs to be refilled stopped working after a week and a half. I haven’t had time to troubleshoot.

Beware of PetKit's customer service. Unbeknownst to us when we bought it, the fountain had been returned previously and the filter had been used. Since Sam's Club was out of stock we requested a replacement filter directly through PetKit. We sent photos and our receipt and PetKit said they had to get management approval but then never gave us a response.

Bought this the end of July from Sam’s Club. It stopped working about a month ago and it took about two weeks back-and-forth to get any answers from the actual company itself. They told me it wasn’t covered and I had to go to Sam’s Club since I bought it from them. It was a good product when it worked.

Crap product and company

Initial setup was horrible. App kept saying the the fountain needed a firmware update, but as soon as it tried to do the update, it would complain that I needed to connect a device first.  

After an hour, I finally got the update to complete.  It worked for a few days, but eventually it ran out of water and I didn't realize. The app never alerted.  I refilled the water and the fountain stopped responding altogether. Now it won't connect to the app, won't charge, etc. the app says the battery is at 100%, but I can't turn it on.

The app itself is junky too … poor English translations, ads for more Petkit products, and not very intuitive. Will be returning to Sam's Club.
