About the X16 Treadmill

Condition for the climb ahead with the X16 Incline Treadmill. Train smarter and more efficiently across a wide spectrum of intensities with the industry’s most versatile incline range. With a 40% incline to -6% decline range, it replicates challenging hills and varied terrain for immersive, full-body training. High-incline walking raises your heart rate without the stress of running, perfect for active recovery. Downhill walking or running strengthens and stabilizes the quads and calves by emphasizing eccentric movement. The 16” HD touchscreen pivots for optimal viewing, whether you’re running or following off-treadmill workouts. A speed range of 0-12 MPH allows you to run up to a 5-minute-mile pace. The SpringFlex™ cushioned deck absorbs impact, supports dynamic movement like hiking, running, walking backwards, lateral shuffles, and even skipping – turning the X16 into a full-body, multi-directional training platform. While you work out, the built-in AutoBreeze™ fan keeps you cool and adjusts based on the intensity of your workout. A USB-C port ensures your devices stay charged during workouts.

Love the X16

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the X16 for a little over a week now, and it's been great. Both wife and I have used it most days. Love the iFit workouts and how easy it is to just get on and get going. The inclines and declines are very smooth thoughout the workout and not abrupt.

Worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to adnit that I was a little nervous about spending this kind of money on this, but so far I don't regret it at all. I've only been using it a short while, but it's been great. It's so interactive and great for beginners liks me or more advanced people likd my husband. I'm hoping to get better each day to be able to achieve the steep climbs. I can't wait to try a new routine every morning. It's built very sturdy and well. It is heavy so be prepared to have help if you don't have them install it for you.
