This is by far the BEST K-cup coffee maker we have EVER owned!  We LOVE it!  Takes up hardly any room on our counter...easy to fill...very quiet and extremely fast.  We have the option of grinding our own beans when we want and so easy to exchange the metal filter basket with the K-cup holder and its stored right on the side of the pot along with a measureing spoon.  It also has a easy to use frother attached to it that you just swing out when you need it.  It makes any size coffe you want and has choices of brew strength.  AND it makes the BEST ice coffee and its Perfect!  After 15 years of buying Keurigs and having them leak and crack and not last we decided to try this Ninja and are so pleased.  We also bought one for our cabin and am now ordering a 3rd on for our motorhome.  It is a JOY to make coffee now!

ABSOLUTELY the BEST coffee maker EVER!

I gave this to my father for Father's Day. It's easy to use. Very nice that it has options like using the pods, or regular grounds of your choice. I gave him a box of Peet's decaf pods to start off with. It's also nice that it doesn't take up too much space. He loves it. I would recommend it.

Ninja coffee maker

This review is based on having the item for one month.  This coffee maker has several features that stand out.  1.  Large water cylinder 2. Can use K-cups or coffee grounds.  3. Easy to clean. 4.  Makes a hot cup of coffee.  5.  Can make a large coffee for a travel mug.  6.  Good selling price.

GREAT

I just love this coffee machine.  It uses the Kcup and coffee grinds.  which I think is absolutely great. It has everything you need in its place in the machine itself.  It has its own frother and a hidden spot with a filter basket for the grinds, so you do not need to buy additional filters along with a scoop for the coffee.  I have had Keirug machines but this far exceeds them.  5 different size options and strength.  I am a coffee drinker and this is it.....I bought one for my nephew too.

Fantastic coffee machine

Excellent coffee maker. This is my first Ninja, like it a lot more than other well-known brands.  Very easy to use and the attached steamer is very convenient. Love the 4 oz set-up, along with the specialty drink. Strong coffee lover!!!

Better than expected!  Makes great K Cup coffee and with the option to use grounds, makes it great!  The coffee results are wonderful!  Only wish there was a disposable water filter that can be attached.  Otherwise it's great!

WOW!

Easy to use, compact and dependable. My BIL lives in an assisted living facility and needed something compact and easy to use. He loves it!  We've both had Keurig in the past and they just aren't doing the job!

Perfect for my BIL

We have had this coffee maker for since August and we use it daily.  What we have noticed is a green deposit at the base of the water reservoir within the sealed unit.  How can you clean this ? You cannot get to it.  We also notice that spare parts for this maker are not available.  Very disappointed.

Good maker poor support

Purchased this coffee maker in 2024 - needed to be replaced January 2025. This unit caused a fire in my home, destroyed  almost all my belongings and killed my 6 pets. DO NOT BUY

FIRE HAZARD!!!

There is  a recurring issue with the coffee maker model I currently possess, which was provided as a replacement unit.

The original coffee maker I purchased experienced a significant malfunction approximately six months into its use. Your team graciously provided a complimentary replacement for this unit. However, I must regrettably inform you that this second appliance has also begun to exhibit considerable operational deficiencies shortly after its deployment.

Despite my diligent efforts to resolve these issues by performing all recommended troubleshooting and maintenance procedures—including comprehensive descaling and clearing of the brewing needle—the machine now consistently requires an unacceptably prolonged period, often exceeding twenty minutes, to brew a single cup of coffee.

This level of operational inefficiency, coupled with the frequent and intensive maintenance protocols inherent to this particular model, renders it fundamentally incompatible with my daily routine. My professional commitments necessitate a reliable, efficient, and low-maintenance appliance. The recurring operational challenges and the extensive time commitment required for troubleshooting and upkeep are simply not practical for my lifestyle.
