It is a very good griddle. The quality is great. It comes with a cover which was a plus for me. The side shelves can be placed up or down which is very useful for storing. The only issue I had was the instructions for assembling it are a little hard to understand in some spots but with a little thought you can figure it out.

Damaged finish on griddle

Something isn't right about the finish. large portion of the griddle looks unfinished. I sent pictures to customer service, they said that this is completely normal. they told me to season it and it will be fine. I had it mostly together when my wife said that the surface shouldn't look like that. I'm worried that even if it looks fine after seasoning that the performance will be affected. Not too happy with customer service.

    Amazing!!!!

    My girlfriend got me this as a birthday present we got it all set up and I got to grill on it. It’s seasoned perfectly when applying all the avocado oil and then when cooking the potatoes, the steaks and the asparagus on it it cooked too perfection. 100% worth it and in my opinion looks way better than a Blackstone

    Grill grease shoot flaw

    Difficulty reaching the company support team for replacement of the grease shoot. It came broken, cheap wielding. I’ll have to DIY with gorilla tape, have not used the grill yet. Took me about 4-5 hours to assemble. Sam’s Club delivery was decent, be prepared to have another person help you. The driver was a female that opened the rear doors for me to get access.

    Loved everything about it until the lid broke off

    Loved everything about this until the lid broke off. We owned it about 4 months, the lid would at first sit slightly back when opened, then as time went on it would lean farther and farther. It got to the point I couldn't reach it, would have to go on the side of the grill to be able to grab it (I am 5'4"). Then one day I slowly lowered it back from the side and it was so bent back it ripped right off from the screw. Then a week later the other side ripped off. Took it back to Sams with no problems but now its unavailable and now we had to buy an actual Blackstone from Lowes as the only griddles left on Sams are one that is coated in toxic non-stick coating, and one that basically is known for peeling paint/coating.
