    This is has been a great help for my bones, hair and skin. 2 weeks after I started taking this i started noticing the difference. My hairfall reduced and my nails became stronger.I used to have severe joint pains but once I started having this it has helped keep it under control. The only downside is having to take 6 tablets a day( pretty big ones)

    Great product! I would buy it again.

    This is a good source of collagen peptides. Unfortunately you have to take six of them for a whole dose. There are 360 pills in this bottle, and if you take it as directed that equals to 60 doses/days. I have noticed that my hair is growing quicker and thicker. My nails are looking healthier and they are growing faster. This product works well as advertised. It can be a bit expensive if you take the full dose as the bottle suggests. I do believe this is a good product and works as advertised.
