I use the saline nasal wash twice a day for severe allergies. Much easier to use than the netipot. Lasts me 4 months. Sams has the best pricing in town.

I was a skeptic!
I'd heard of this for so long but was not in a hurry to try it, in fact I really didn't want to shoot water up my nose. After getting several sinus infections and having this horrible pressure for a few days I finally caved in. I tell you what, the only regret was that I hadn't listened years before. It immediately relieved the pressure and I continued until I no longer was sick. Ever since as soon as I have signs of sinus issues I start rinsing twice a day. I used to get sinus infections a minimum of twice a year. I have not had to go to the doctor for antibiotics for one since! Great product and I recommend it to all my family and friends.
