    Everything's gonna be alright

Magnesium helps aid emotional stability in my student. It also has brought me regular digestive elimination. (thereby producing cheerfulness, if not elation). I had to work on effective dosing and began with 1/4 teaspoon before each meal. I've worked up to nearly 3/4 teaspoon which produces the desired outflow.

Calm down your restless and cramping legs!

A chiropractor explained to me that our bodies need calcium, for our muscles to contract; we need magnesium for our muscles to relax. Calm is a very bio-available form of magnesium, so it's benefits begin immediately. Magnesium STOPS Restless Leg Syndrome and muscles cramps! Finally, I get to sleep! Magnesium is vital to our health. We love New Vitality Calm Magnesium.
