The most cost efficient protein powder out of the ones they sell here at Sam's. I cross reference the price per ounce with the ingredients and nutrients and even though Muscle Milk is a pretty big name brand that also has milk boxes it is the most efficient.

If you are trying to get more protein in your diet, it is easy to do with this protein powder mixed with frozen fruit and low-fat milk and whatever other veggies or spices you like to add.  I like to use baby carrots and a bit of ginger.  Just put it through your blender and you can sip it all morning to keep your fire stoked.

Tasty AND good for you

Muscle milk is surprisingly good mixed with water as directed, however I mix my shake with unsweetened almond milk for even more nutrients.

Great taste. I put a little extra water so it’s not as thick and blend with 1 cup frozen strawberries or frozen raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.

Get it!

Disappointed in smaller pkg 2.5# vs the 5# bag that was the previous packaging. The new jar is very heavy plastic contributing to landfill waste. The vanilla flavor doesn’t seem as flavorful. Price is a lot higher.

sucralose ie Splenda, also knownhas chlorine bonded with sugar molecule should be avoided. Compare the chemical list on this to the Raw protein and the difference is clear. Just going by ingredients I wouldnt even try this and havent. Unfortunate that very few commercial 'healthy'meal replacements and protein shakes avoid using artificial sweetners, Sucralose is in everything these days. Look up what it does, its not benefiting you.

Sucralose and acesulfame

I bought this because they were out of the mm chocolate pre made bottles. Never again. It’s 100+ calories more and the taste is grainy and disgusting. I usually mix my shakes with 2 shots of espresso and ice and this stuff was awful. My husband even said it was nasty.

Not good quality stuff. The volume to get 32g protein is high and the calories are higher as a result of all the fat and carbs in it. You can get a much more efficient protein at 26g/140 calories per scoop from multiple other places for the same or less price.
