Always a must have. It's effective every time. And you can buy it anywhere. As a girly with horrible periods these help me get through those tough heavy days.

The maximum.

I love these capsules, their texture is good, it weighs nothing, their size is normal, I always look for their availability, I highly recommend them since I take them, it relieves the menstrual pains.

Works wonders

I definitely would recommend these for those who have bad cramps. These work great for me and there's two in a pouch which is so good!! They last for so long.
