“Quiet, Efficient and Works Great”

We've been really happy with this AC. It was easy to set up, runs surprisingly quiet, and does a great job cooling our space, especially during the recent heat. I am very pleased with the portable AC, it works great. I have been using it for several weeks. The design that causes the condensation to evaporate by passing over the hot coils seems to work as I have not had to drain water. The only thing I would have liked is some sort of screen for the vent. We have bees and other flying pests that find open areas around the house. I did not feel comfortable with the open vent. I figured a regular screen might create some airflow resistance so I used 1/4" hardware cloth that I had on hand to cover the vent as a deterrent before I installed it in the window. In my opinion, the manufacturer should provide something for this purpose.
