I’m glad I bought this

Overall, I’m very happy with this product. It’s cooling well and is pretty quiet; seems to be quite efficient. As another reviewer noted, though, despite the insulation and foam included (thank you) to seal around the window, the hose has a pretty significant air gap where it connects to the window slider opening. I used the adapter for sliding window installation, I don’t know if that made any difference, but it seems like that should be a much better fitting connection. It was also a bit difficult to get the hose securely snapped into the opening. Another thing I want to mention is that the physical dimensions listed on your website are not correct. The little diagram on the right shows the correct width, depth, and height, but the numbers on list on the left don’t match. And the weight listed is wrong. I was hoping to get a lighter weight unit and this is listed on the website at 55.12 pounds, but its net weight is actually 72.75 pounds. Big difference!
