Product details

We take our premium hand-cut cod fillets from deep icy northern ocean waters. We then coat them with our special batter to bring out a genuine beer battered flavor. Our fillets cook up moist and flaky on the inside and crispy on the outside, to make for a quality meal every time with 15g of protein per serving.

Cooking Instructions

Standard oven:

  • Preheat to 450°F and bake on a greased for 20 minutes.
  • Flip and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
  • Let rest 4 to 5 minutes before enjoying.
  • For extra crispiness bake for an additional 3 minutes before resting.

Deep Fry:

  • Deep fry at 350°F for 4-5 minutes or until 155°F internally.

Air Fryer:

  • Preheat air fryer.
  • Cook in a single layer at 390°F for 9 minutes or until 155°F internally.
  • Let rest 4-5 minutes before enjoying.

Best battered cod I have had in a very long time. It has taste and texture and makes me look forward to fish nights! Throw in a bit of salad and a few French fries and you’ve got a great meal. Don’t forget the tartar sauce. If you have an air fryer, use it!!!

I’ve tried many brands of frozen fish, and by far this one is our favorite. There’s more fish to each one. Other brands are much smaller fish after they shrink from frying. Great flavor, you can actually taste the fish.
