Member’s Mark Organic Mushroom Complex Capsules, 240 ct.

Okay so I picked these up to add something simple to my routine, and I do like that it’s a blend of multiple mushrooms instead of having to buy a bunch of separate supplements. It has lion’s mane, reishi, cordyceps, etc., which I’ve been seeing a lot about lately. The capsules are a decent size but still easy to take, and there’s no strong smell when you open the bottle (which I was lowkey worried about lol). I also like that you get 240 capsules, so it actually feels worth the price and will last a while. The label is pretty clear and straightforward, so you can actually see what you’re taking, and I like that it’s vegetarian and organic. Overall, if you’re trying to get into mushroom supplements without doing the absolute most, this is a solid, convenient option.

I have been taking these daily for a little over 2 weeks now and I already feel the benefits. I have always wanted to try Mushroom Capsules because I've read a lot about the benefits and now I'm glad to say I have experienced them! I have experienced less stress, less brain fog, and overall better sleep. I haven't changed anything else in my routine except adding these supplements and all I can say is I wish I started them sooner! I highly recommend trying these if you experience any stress, brain fog, or have poor sleep.
