These are easy to take, although a little large. There are a ton of great, natural ingredients in them - mainly mushrooms, as if that’s a surprise!  My stomach tolerates them well, but I can’t say I’ve noticed anything different as far as gut health is concerned. I can say I haven’t gotten sick since I started taking them, so perhaps they work well for immune support!

Great, natural supplement

The supplement seems to work. You definitely want to add it as a regimen, as not to forget taking them. Since starting, focus seems to be better, and even bowel movement, too! The supplements are brown, plastic capsules. I was shocked to see the amount to take was 4 at a time, but with such a high count in the bottle and the size of the capsule, it's not bad!

Great Combination Mushroom Supplements

I’ve been using the Member’s Mark Organic Mushroom Complex for a bit now, and overall, it’s a solid supplement—especially for the price and quantity. You get 240 capsules, which makes it cost-effective compared to most mushroom blends on the market.

What stands out is the variety: it includes seven well-known mushrooms like lion’s mane, reishi, chaga, and cordyceps. That said, one downside is the lack of transparency in dosing for each individual mushroom. It’s a blended formula, so you don’t really know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, which matters if you’re targeting specific benefits (like lion’s mane for cognitive support). Also, like most supplements, the effects aren’t immediate or dramatic—you have to be consistent and realistic about expectations.

Overall, it’s a good entry-level mushroom supplement: affordable, convenient, and well-rounded, but not the most potent or specialized option out there. If you’re new to mushroom supplements, it’s a great place to start.

Good option

I have been taking these daily for a little over 2 weeks now and I already feel the benefits. I have always wanted to try Mushroom Capsules because I've read a lot about the benefits and now I'm glad to say I have experienced them! I have experienced less stress, less brain fog, and overall better sleep. I haven't changed anything else in my routine except adding these supplements and all I can say is I wish I started them sooner! I highly recommend trying these if you experience any stress, brain fog, or have poor sleep.

So I’ve been taking these organic mushroom complex for three weeks now. I honestly did not see or feel any difference the first week. That made me think they were not any good. But in good faith I continued taking them for another two weeks. I have noticed that I am more focused, less irritable and less stressed. My kids have even noticed. That speaks volumes for me. So bottom line, yes I recommend these.

I don’t typically buy a lot of supplements, but have heard that mushrooms have healthy benefits. I tried these for 5 days and didn’t notice a large difference. I think it takes longer to really show the benefits and will be different for each individual. I also didn’t notice any negative side effects, so I’m glad I tried them. I will try them for longer to see if I notice a difference.

The Organic Mushroom Complex has a blend of 7 different types of mushrooms such as Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Chaga, Cordyceps, Shitake, Turkey Tail and Maitake. Overall, since taking the supplement I feel like I am more active, have better cognitive function and reduction in stress levels.

I honestly haven't felt a huge impact from consuming these mushroom supplements. I feel like I am passing gas more frequently. I do feel a slight improvement in brain function during my 6am clock in at work. No energy boosts, yes my gut health feels some improvement. But nothing significant. Serving size is 4 pills so thats a minor issue to deal with.

Mediocre supplement

After consistently taking these for almost two weeks, I am not quite seeing the effects of better memory or more energy like is often said about mushroom capsules. These capsules are easy to take and I have had no side effects. I will continue taking to see if I have any more improvements. It may take longer to see the effects as presented.

Mushroom Vitamin

I am not noticing any change or seeing this is helping anything. I am sure that given more time I may have a different view. They are easy to take and just part of my normal vitamin and supplement routine. Maybe it is helping me and I just am not noticing.
