Truly a thick cut, nothing worse when a thick cut product is paper thin when opening at home. Also liked that that a small peice of meat was not put in window of packaging to make it look like the bacon had more meat than fat.

Who doesn’t love bacon?! We do, and Members Mark bacon never fails the taste test. Whether it’s a couple of slices or chopped up in a favorite recipe, this bacon has great flavor. RARELY is it too salty or heavy on the fat vs meat ratio. Great value at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Good balance

Good bacon requires an even slice and good curing. These have a good slice to where they crisp well and have a good savory hit on all regions of the tongue. All bacons can got a bland batch but it's really low here. Consistent yet if looking for high smoke flavor this one is mild for smoke. Very good for classic breakfast as well as addition to dishes such as potato. Amazing on breakfast sandwiches.
